Jaipur Living Naples Natural Solid White/ Taupe Area Rug (6'X9')

Just installed this afternoon in my clients breakfast area. It did not feel like straw. The underfoot had a slight bounce to it . No rug pad needed was a big plus. 4-stars until the the first spill

The rug is very nice. The color is a little darker than online but it still looks great in my dining room. It is not comfortable to walk on barefoot so I wouldn’t put it in a high traffic area.

Had to throw this away because stains could not be removed.

Rug is pretty color but definitely not an indoor rug like it said it was. Also I was told to donate the rug after a certain date because most likely the manufacturer wouldn’t want it back. So I kept sending emails saying they could have it back I just need someone to come pickup so it could be returned. Well next thing I know wayfair charged me 140.00 to have it returned and I’ve sent emails and talked with another agen from wayfair saying this would get taken care of and I would be refunded the 140.00 return fee. Well it’s a week and a half later since this conversation and no one has emailed me or reached out about refunding me. I’m very frustrated and would greatly appreciate getting my money back. Also Wayfair went and charged this to my credit card without my knowledge. Just happened to look credit card accounts and saw this was charged. Buyers beware! So zero stars!
