It’s no jute rug, but it’s a beautiful rug. We added an extra-soft pad underneath, and it feels great to walk on. We’re using it in our living room. With pets, we wanted something we could hose off. Love!

Love the texture and pattern. 3 Star due to quality, found weave frayed in couple of spots. Other than that it’s a nice carpet.

It is not the color shown on the website. This is not the first time this has happened to me with rugs on this site. I called wayfair immediately and was told by the representative that I had to go through the “process“. That seemed to entail the manufacturer getting back to me via email with the return slip. What I received instead was an email that said they would send call tag. I have no idea what that means so I replied to them. Does that mean someone is picking it up?. That was 3 days ago. No answer so far.
