Setzer Southwestern Handmade Tufted Wool Ivory Area Rug

I really like this rug. The material is what I was expecting and hoping for. The only reason for 4 stars is that I was surprised to see there is a 3rd color, something of a blue/aqua shade that I wasn't expecting and didn't see in the pictures on the website. I was expecting just earth tones. However I will keep it as it's a good rug and I can work with it but that should be included in the description, and for some folks will be a deal breaker.

My issue is not with the rug, since I haven't even seen it yet, its with the delivery. I tried to alter the shipping/delivery date since no one was going to be home to bring it inside and no one was able to assist me. I then contacted FedEx (good luck with that!!) and managed to put a vacation hold on all deliveries to that address - yet they shipped it anyway! So now my big rug is sitting in front of the house, in the rain - hopefully the plastic wrapper has no tears.... very disappointed in lack of customer service - everyone keeps pointing the finger at someone else.

It’s a nice enough rug but the color isn’t accurate in the photos. There is a little gray, as another review mentioned and posted, but also there is an overall yellow cast with slightly green undertones. Not terrible but it doesn’t really work with either white or cream, which is what I needed. A true neutral, which this is not. Just be aware, otherwise it’s nice quality and a great value.
