Great soft rug! I like the pattern on the rug and how soft it feels under your feet. And yes, the rug is thin, but washable rugs are meant to be thin so that you can fit it in a washer. I bought a 1/4" rug pad and placed it under the rug and it gives it the right amount of cushion I need.
The rug also cleans up pretty well. My kids have spilled juice and my coffee on it and as long as you clean it up right after, I haven't had any issues. I haven't tried washing it in a washer since I was able to lift stains from it pretty well.
Also, because this is a thin rug, vacuuming it can be a challenge. If you have a vacuum with a lower setting, use that. I have the Dyson V11 and use the Eco mode setting and it vacuums over it fine without it being sucked up.
So if being thin or vacuuming is the main concern for you, then you should skip this rug. That's just how washable rugs work.
