Not NEW in Box! Received a previously opened box missing 24 pieces of hardware and one component. Three of the white boards were damaged. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to re-box this 130 lbs of product for return. Totally messed up my scheduling/need for the product. Had to regroup.

Worst rug I have ever purchased. Creased felt like walking on poles and the smell was digusting. Extremely disappointed and only received partial discount as returning the rug would be a hassle and cost more. Been using wayfair for years never again because of lack of refund for a advertised plush soft rug
