It’s soft and was delivered earlier than expected, which is great. The color in real life is a lot darker and less golden than the photo. The rug looks a lot less detailed than the photo as well. Happy with the shipping, disappointed with the product.

Rec’d rug today. Color was not close to what is shown on the website. Automated chat was very frustrating. Then talked to customer service and the return was handled quickly and professionally. Strangely rug came tightly folded instead of rolled. When laid out it was a mess. I’ve used Wayfair and they have been excellent, but this one…no.
