I love this rug! Very high quality, and thick underneath my bare feet. It really updated the look of my bedroom which is Shabby Elegance off-white furniture. Pros: I love everything about it. Cons: None whatsoever in my opinion.

Very disappointing. Received this $500 rug with stains and would not even lay flat. I reached out to wayfair and they sent a new one which was very helpful. Unfortunately that one was even more stained. This time they refunded 20% of my order. I emailed back that I would like to send the rugs back and get a full refund as I do not want a rug with stains. They have ignored my message as well as my follow-up email.
