Carolene Geometric Hand-Tufted Wool Grey/Ivory Rug

This was a great pop of color for my living room. It is difficult to find red rugs that are not tacky!

The original rug sent was not symmetrical and had pulls in the wool. The replacement rug had a stain. I asked that they quality check the rug PRIOR to shipping but clearly that did not happen. I also asked to return the rug, and they just refunded me 25%. At this point, I let it go because the time I invested wasn't worth the effort anymore. Also, I had the exact rug, from the same manufacturer, for 10 years, and the quality of the new rug has diminished. It already has loose fibers.

Love this rug! Perfect for my dining room area that’s a work in progress. Very thick pile, soft (especially for wool) and the design is crisp and sharp, not blurry like with many other rugs. The white is more of a natural off-white than pictured, but it’s perfect!

The quality of the rug is ok, but it does shead a lot, grandkids look like they have been around an animal when they play on rug. I am disappointed in the color. it is more blue than gray and has a hint of brown which makes it look dirty.

The rug sheds everywhere from the very first day
