The rug looked great but the packaging it came in must have torn and caused damage. There was oil type stain. We tried to clean it but could still see a stain. That’s the only reason for a 4 star. The customer service was great to return.

Very disappointed, the colors of rug were nothing like it looked on line. I almost think they sent the wrong rug now I have to return it. A big inconvenience!

BUYER BEWARE.....This doesn't look like RUST?? No... IT'S PINK!!! The edge border is completely pink all around. I wanted a RUST colored rug. Completely different from what is shown. DISAPPOINTING.

Love this rug! I’ve purchased two of them. The rug is much softer and nicer than the photo online. The rug is good quality. Also, it is more cream than gray. It’s very pretty.
