To remove any creases or rolled corners you may encounter, flip the rug upside down and roll in both directions (length and width), exerting pressure on the creases. I am absolutely not impressed with these rugs at all. The shag is very sparse to where you can see the backings shiny material. Terrible quality. I will be returning this item.
