This is a really pretty rug. However, the picture on the website was not a good representation of the product. I wanted something more vibrant. I did purchase a different rug from Wayfair

Rug Size:Rectangle 8' x 10'
The rug is very pretty. It is also soft under the foot, however on close inspection there are several areas missing yarn in about 1cm lengths. The 2 photos are about 15 cm apart. This is only visible close up. I am not very confident that the rug will hold up given this, however it looks great from standing looking down.

Rug Size:Rectangle 5' x 8'
This is such a beautiful rug. I really wanted something red but everything else was just too red, if you know what I mean. This rug is a lovely subtle maroon with nice hints of teal and yellow which serve to highlight the ruby. I love it.
