The Dual Surface Non-slip rug pad featuring our proprietary thin needle punch construction is also reversible - great for hard surfaces and carpeting. When using this dual surface rug pad on a carpet or another rug, Set the softer side facing down to ensure optimal grip. On all other surfaces set the other side facing down to prevent slipping. Dual Surface is colour-fast and will not stain your floors. The thickness makes your area rug softer and more compliant to walk on. Dual Surface can be easily cut with a pair of scissors.

The rug pad is great. I was looking for something that didn’t add any height to the rug and this was perfect. I did have to trim off a bit as the pad was larger than my rug but scissors worked well for that.. Kara. Michigan. Wed Jun 17 2026
