I am VERY disappointed in Wayfair! I ordered these and the lockers back in June. In August when they didn't arrive I was told they were never released for shipment! After being told that I should stop calling back to check if it is being shipped, which I did because one of their case management team members told me to call back, I had enough. They were rude and not helpful at all. I finally had to get a man to call in and he was able to get the order replaced again and it was supposed to be here by Sept. 23rd. We are still waiting! We are a school with no lockers for our students! And no compensation for all this hassle!
