Missing parts. Manufacturer did not resolve. Wayfair issued full refund. Very pleased with Wayfair's customer service in handling this unfortunate issue.

These rattan chairs are perfect for our patio table! I like that they look like wicker, but they're actually an almost heavy plastic with a rattan design so they're able to withstand the elements outside. They're lightweight and easy to move, too!

Very disappointed with these outdoor chairs. They feel flimsy and unstable, the material feels cheap and the package arrived missing several screws, making assembly frustrating and incomplete. The color is nice though that’s why I give it 2 stars and not 1…

I really like these chairs. They are lightweight, and so they’re easy to move around for use in different rooms. They were easy for one person to assemble, even one who is not particularly skilled at such tasks. I like the size because they are comfortable for shorter persons such as myself. However, I think they’d be comfortable for taller persons as well.
