This is utter junk! I spent hours and hours putting this together. Directions are clear and concise and all parts were there. Some pieces came cracked and damaged but not enough to warrant a return. Nothing major. But I hate it came from Chiba and the whole reason I purchased this was for the elegant lighting .. WHICH DOESN’T WORK! The batteries are good and the the signal light in the remote functions.. but I have a dead strip of lights! And I didn’t over an hour installing that piece of kaka!! And of course .. no refund or replacement of the dysfunctional part! I hate cheap junk from China!! I should have never ordered this. I’m trying to start a business and need a reception desk. Now I’m stuck with junk! And can’t return it because it’s put together and the boxes fell apart as soon as I opened them! What a nightmare!
