This was my 1st time using Wayfair and my experience was great. I Absolutely love my sectional & the Color. It matches my dining set Perfectly. My order was split up in two so I received 4 boxes 1 day and 2 boxes the next day but received ALL of it in less than a week from when I placed my order. (which was the day of Hurricane Milton & I was told there would be delays because of the hurricane but it still came sooner than expected which made me very happy). When I received the 1st 4 boxes I started to put it together that night at like 11:25pm ish and I realized none of those boxes had the assembly instructions so I called the customer service line and they told me the instructions were most likely in the other boxes I hadn’t received yet but she still put in the request for it and told me the response time was 24-48hours but I was literally emailed the instructions in less than 10mins of that Call w/ the customer service rep which also made me very happy because I was able to put those pieces together that night as I wanted too! Just on overall Great experience❤️ I’ll definitely be ordering more stuff from here very soon because I still need a Tv Stand and Area Rug! SN: I only gave it 4 stars because one of the back boards isn’t as sturdy as it should be/the rest of them and I think it may be because one of the screws was different from the others.
