Product delivered four days earlier than expected and was left in parking area. It was too heavy for me to carry up four steps. First scheduled assembly person was a no show (Kris). Two days later the 2nd scheduled assembly person arrived on time and attempted to complete assembly only to find the main stabilizing piece was too short. Customer service was contacted and ordered replacement piece. No scheduled arrival date and I am left with a partially assembled table in the middle of my living room. Table is not usable and very much in the way. Should I disassemble it until replacement piece arrives What is the protocol for payment Please advise. Sgarris9959gmail.com

Constructed of a powder-coated steel frame and CARB Phase 2 MDF tabletop, this drawing table is sturdy and very easy to clean. The spacious tabletop can be tilted up to 30 degrees from the horizontal. The pencil ledge features an L-shaped slot locking design so you can always slide it off when using the drafting table as a writing/computer desk.
