Dont let the fact that these are fabric baskets. They are very sturdy. I am using them on the bottom shelf of the desk I also just received from Wayfair. The baskets are large and deep enough for letter size files either laying flat or standing in the basket. A solid insert for the bottom inside the basket makes it hold its shape.
