Dekmate Bench Brackets (Set of 2)

Product came a day before advertised. It was unclear if the hardware was included with the brackets, but it was! The instructions were clear. The brackets make a strong bench and safety railing to our deck. Good product

Serious quality control issues and bad customer service from manufacturer. I have bought and used these before, and it’s a smart design. However, I recently bought additional ones to add to my porch, and they’re seriously defective. Each bracket has a large bubble protrusion at the top that radically affects the angle of the 2x4. There is also other warping and clear defects. They also only came with half the hardware. I tried to get the manufacturer to replace it, but they won’t return emails or phone calls.

The overall product is really cool and just what we wanted, but for being a bench that is for multiple people to sit on, the hardware was insufficient. Short screws that won't do the job and had to be replaced.
