this cover is everything I was looking for...i have used their veranda covers that used lighter materials and they survived 2 New York winters. Unfortunately I ripped it while removing the cover so I ordered the madrona style cover an it is made of a heavier and more protective material I suspect that It will last longer as long as I don't rip it this time....
