I waited to leave this review to see how long the batteries would last. It takes 4 double A batteries, so I was nervous they would get used up quickly. Well, I am EXTREMELY happy to report that the batteries lasted 1.5 YEARS!!!! Single adult household. Definitely recommend!!!!!

The colour is beautiful and the size is great for my kitchen. It stopped working after 6 weeks. Even after I changed the batteries. Motion sensor stopped working...glitching. So I had to turn it off completely. Wouldn't have been so bad if it had a foot pedal.
