Ordered this and received damaged items and missing bolts. I requested replacement parts and was sent the wrong parts. Now it’s on back order. Great product if you actually receive the product with the parts

I ordered a clothes line. Disappointed with my purchase. It came without all parts, very disorganized. When ordering a kit it should come with all parts not just one pole.
