It broke in less than a year. It was used very gently.

Easy to install but impossible to get enough tension on the line. It sags so much that I am unable to hang sheets or any large items without them dragging on the ground.

The steel case made it sound super durable. The plastic tensioner on the bottom broke the second time we used it, making it impossible to use. Junk.
