Ordered 2 yards of this trim but only received 1 yard. Shipping notice from Fed Ex Shows two different shipments one off which was never tendered to the carrier. I called the customer service line to Wayfair only to be met with 20 min of total frustration and no help whatsoever from an agent who appeared to be reading off a script. All I was asking for was to receive what I paid for. I left Wayfair several years ago over indifferent customer service. They cant seem to recognize who the Customer is ! They do have a good convenient selection of often difficult to find items, but there customer service has the Lowest Rating by the Better Business Bureau. Other similar companies have outstanding customer service. My issue has yet to be resolved !
