These shelves are beautiful. That being said, I have had this hanging on the wall, well out of anyone’s reach for 5 months, seemingly unscathed. Today I noticed that the mirror was broken at the top. The mirror has not moved or been touched other than to place small Christmas decor on its shelves. I am unsure what has happened, but suspect that due to the weight of the mirror hanging, it cracked at the top under the pressure. I am wondering if anyone else has had this experience? If so is there a way to replace the beveled piece? Again I am not certain what exactly has happened but I don’t believe pricey mirrors should crack on their own simply from hanging as they are intended.

This was an absolutely beautiful item which I used to hold my collection of perfumes. I had difficulty receiving the item due to it being damaged upon arrival three times. I was very upset to have received the item which had been broken in multiple places prior to its arrival again this was a very beautiful piece, but I do not recommend purchasing due to it being extremely fragile to transport
