Good Ideas Plastic Drainable Dual Overflow Rain Barrel

I finished the install on this with my own paver platform and rain chain. Had our first rain already and filled it up. I did replace the spigot. While this isn’t drinking water, I still don’t want lead runoff. I replaced it with a 304 Stainless Steel 34 Inch NPTMIP Male Hose Bibb (in case you are searching for the size). It’s a perfect fit, no leaks, and excellent pressure. I’m still giving it 5 stars because I got my barrel when it was marked down. The sale price the new spigot was still cheaper than the regular price d barrel. I’m pretty pleased with it and I’m in a high rain water collection area so I’m getting a second while still on sale and I’ll install it next to this one.

I was very pleased with this rain barrel. It looks great in my garden and fit nice in the area. I didn’t use the gutter assembly but loved it came with it and didn’t have to order seperate(might use that on another barrel) it looked so nice I ordered another to put in my strawberry patch.

I have two of these attached to my gutter system on my cabin. One is for year round use with a water deicer inside. So far the barrels have worked exceedingly well and I am very happy with both of them.

I love this rain barrel. Has been a positive addition to watering our gardens.
