I have purchased 8 pieces of furnitures from Wayfair in 2 months, and this shoe cabinet is THE WORST, bar none: 1. The outlook is cheapish to start with; 2. After installation (paid professional service), the cabinet is wobbly; 3. The top drawer won't open or close without extra effort, non-smooth at all; 4. The worst part is that one of the screws of the handle is a bit short, 3 out of 10 times the screw will fall out when close it, totally unacceptable build quality. These problems only become obvious after assembly, now I am stuck between a rock and a hard place whether to reture it or not, considering I have paid someone to assemble it, not to mention the effort to desemble it and have to pay again to return it.
