Item was packaged with reckless abandon, or not really packaged at all because it arrived OPEN and damaged. Absolutely no care was taken for the packaging. There was no protective wrap or cushion, only broken pieces of probably trash styrofoam thrown in, so whatever fell on the package or wherever it was dropped broke thru the cardboard and damaged one of the wooden boards, and it was shoved in a narrow box too small for the item as opposed to a reasonably sized box it could actually fit in. The tape did not secure the box at all, so it arrived OPENED on a RAINY DAY. The item would’ve been fine if it wasn’t for the careless packaging. You’re probably better off buying another similar product from a different brand.

The package arrived partially open on the corners and one day later than expected. The bars could be seen from the corners. It was not the color I chose, and the bars were dusty with some rust inside. The shelves have a few scratches and the corner of one of the shelves is broken underneath the shelf. Unfortunately, I was not impressed by the quality and will have to dismount everything to send it back.

Do not buy. Instructions only come in Chinese and when you ask for instructions in English they hang up on you. Package was damaged in shipping. Did not send correct hardware. Shelf bottoms wider than where they were designed to go.

Love the organizer. Would have been better if the instructions were in English. Had to look at the picture online in order to put together.
