The item is sturdy and metal. It took me 2 hours to put it together trying to figure out what the instructions were saying but I got it done and it saves me some space. The shoes fit perfectly as long as you put them in heel first on the top layer. The cushion is comfortable and can be taken off and washed.

This 12 pair shoe storage was not what I was expecting. It appeared larger in size on the Wayfair site photos. It arrived within 1 week which was great. The color is a vibrant white as ordered. Made of a very solid wood material. It has a vision for sitting which is comphy but does not stay on alone unattached . Overall a good product.

Pretty storage cabinet but only for children shoes, it seems. Smaller than expected. Nice top with cushion but not sturdy enough to sit on. Will use for children’s storage and it does add beauty. Sitting by a door for children shoes is a plus.

Well made- I was impressed by the little extras like soft close and bumpers. The pieces for the shelves are flimsy- that’s why the second pic has the loose shelf. I will have to come up with another solution. Over all,fast delivery and a nice item!

I love this cabinet. It is sturdy and nicely made. Instructions were extremely easy to follow and assembly was quick. All that said the inside is spacious enough for tennis shoes and such but no boots or hightops unless kids or small maybe. I do also wish the cushion had a way of being attached so it doesnt just slide around
