Well, it is a waste of your money. I have had this piece for less than a month. Put it together and the screws barely reached where they needed for the doors. Well, they didn’t reach far enough and when only a few shoes were put in it falls. Still waiting to hear back from customer service. Really disappointed here, absolutely a waste of my money.

Broke. From normal wear and tear. Have had it maybe 2 months Terrible quality. Wayfair said they can’t do anything because it’s been more than 30 days. Doesn’t seem right to me that something I’ve had for less than 3 months should break this easily.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The pull down drawers are too narrow for the cabinet surround, there is a gap of almost an inch and literally no way attach them using the tiny plastic knobs that are supposed to hold them in. It is clearly defective and poorly made. I was able to return it for a refund, only after being given the run around by a customer service rep for 20 minutes and finally insisting on talking to a manager. Thank you wayfair for doing the right thing and issuing a return, but honestly it shouldn’t have been that difficult!

This was my first purchase from Wayfair and I was a little unsure about it, especially because I bought this very much on a whim, but I think it’s pretty great. It came together pretty easily, though keep in mind that assembly is definitely a two person job (you’re gonna need somebody to hold up the drawers and hardware at various points of the assembly), but it only took me about 30-45 minutes total. One thing to keep in mind is that you’re probably gonna wanna have a drill with an Allen wrench attachment on it handy just to make the whole process quicker, which is what I did, and also have a vacuum handy because there were so many Styrofoam particles coming out of the box. Keep in mind that the drawer is slightly darker in person than it is in the picture. It’s not like a ridiculously different color, but the shade is just about 5 darker. It works, the drawers are smooth, it is pretty sturdy, and it is like a wood with a veneer finish on it. I don’t think it’s going to get very easily damaged. It is also definitely the size that it appears in the picture, and comes up to just under my chest (I’m 5’4 for reference), which is perfect. So overall, a solid piece, and no major complaints about it. If you’re on the fence because you’re worried about the quality, I think you should just pull the trigger. 

This was the perfect fix for my kids’ shoes, which inevitably end up by the front door for any visitors to see as they walked in.

I am convinced the devil is real and designed the construction of this shoe cabinet. The plastic pieces are tedious to put together. Piece number 14 that is the little white plastic piece is not included in the screws, dowels etc. It was in a separate bag floating around in the box. At first, I thought those pieces were already inserted into the pieces of the cabinet. Thank goodness someone else posted a picture of that piece in their review. After digging through Styrofoam, I found them. The screws that hold the plastic drawer parts together are tiny and I am doubtful of how long they will last. The cabinet looks nice, but it is extremely front heavy so if you don’t tether it to the wall and open the top drawer, it wants to fall forward. Just downsize your shoe collection, it is not worth it

Install was going great until we got to the doors. The plastic pieces that swing the doors were too far away from the sides. We forced one and the screw got pulled out. Ended up moving the plastic arms all the way to the edge in order for it to work. Also the doors are overlapping enough that you have to open the bottom door first in order to open to top. Going to have to see if we can move something to get that to work properly. [Sad face]
