Security Safe Lock

Our safe was delivered in a timely manner without any issues or damage to the product. We moved the heavy box to its permanent destination and unpacked and inspected it. To our disappointment, we found that the floor on the interior of the safe was made of two separate pieces of drywall with four open holes meant for securing the safe to the floor. I couldn't determine if the shelf was made of drywall since it was covered with fabric. It was also hard to determine what material was on the sidewalls of the interior of the safe because they are not removable. Based on the description of the product, I thought it would be higher quality but to my disappointment the description was very misleading. I have spoken to a customer service representative named Adam and was very satisfied with the service he provided. He listened to my concerns very carefully and analyzed the photos I submitted. In order to prevent the exchange of another faulty product of lacking quality, he offered a discount to compensate for the issues with the product. I just wanted to bring awareness to other customers and the Wayfair team for quality control and management to avoid selling products that are constructed with poor materials (drywall, see photos) that shouldn't be used in these particular products. Despite the issues with the quality, I am beyond satisfied with the customer service that I received and will continue to shop from Wayfair.

I did a lot of research before choosing this model safe. It is a good compromise between cheap bigbox type home safes and expensive high security commercial units. The safe was delivered in solid packaging in perfect condition. It was easy to set up and and use. I am very happy with it so far.
