Just as expected

Have had this for awhile and I use it for extra storage by my desk. It's been very useful.

I bought two of these to go under a shallow breakfast nook in my new apartment’s kitchen. I had been struggling in getting settled in since all of the built in shelving was vertical and I’m a pretty short person, so I wanted somewhere to store items I use regularly without having to get out a step stool every time. After taking measurements, these seemed perfect for the space. When purchasing, there was an option to purchase new at full price, or used at a lower price. I opted for two new units. When they arrived, it was obvious that one of them had been previously opened and used before, so I snapped some photos before opening, and also upon opening to show that some of the hardware wasn’t in the original packaging like the new one. Since all of the parts were there, I decided to keep it, but did reach out to customer service since I had been charged full price. They were easy to work with and refunded me the difference in price, which is exactly what I wanted. Assembly was easy and quick, all of the holes for the wooden top lined up perfectly. I really like that two of the wheels on each unit have a locking mechanism to keep them in place. I was mindful of where I placed these two specific wheels so the locking mechanism would be the most effective for where I would be placing the drawers in my kitchen. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.
