The first screw broke during installation- very cheap screws. Pre-drilled the hole, then inserted screw as usual, and it broke as the screw was being tightened, leaving the screw stuck in the wood. Very disappointed that what appears to be a quality product (rod hanger) was supplied with very poor quality screws. Note that installation is being done by someone very experienced in woodworkingcarpentry, so not a user error.

Easy to use , purchased with 5 rods and it hold all my clothes well! Simple but effective.
