Great quality and easy to install! The hanging template made installation much easier, and the rack feels very sturdy once mounted. Really happy with the extra storage space it added to our garage.

Product was okay. I paid the extra to have it installed, but Return, because it might have not been installed correctly. I had not put more than 50 pounds and it fell .

The instructions were okay to follow. The cable did overwrap going up the first time causing it to become un-level, but after lowering and re-raising, no issues with that. I loaded it up with maybe 150-200lbs of things I use for my craft fair, and the cable snapped. First time using it. Boo- hiss. FAIL Thank God my truck wasn't underneath it. Didn't even get that far thankfully.

This exceeded my expectations. Although installation was a bit more challenging than I expected. I am ordering another one!

The product has been a nice edition when in the up position but the guide to place the holes were not exactly 24 inches apart and had to angle the lags to get into all the trusses. Also, the product states that it is good for 13 ft ceilings but the crank bar does not extend far enough down so you still have to get a ladder out to crank the platform up and down. Finally, it would be nice to have a cable that locked in place to the center bar because when taking it to the fully down position the cable likes to slide through the hole. When first loading the shelf you have to evenly place stuff on it or it will become unleveled and stuff will fall off when trying to load the shelf.
