Great shelf!! Used it in a panty closet with a wide open tall shelf that needed to have more efficient storage. Instructions aren't crystal clear, but fairly easy to figure out and put together and love how adjustable the shelf is.

Came in a beat up cardboard box with rips and tears on it. All the metal pieces inside came with no protections or even a plastic bag to prevent scratching. They were placed loose in a loose box. No bubble wrap or any protections of any kind. Never seen that in my life. Every part of the product was dusty, scratched or dinged. I might keep it because in the dark corner of my kitchen I can barely see the scratches. But the carelessness of the packaging and the resulting scratches on every single part of the product is ridiculous. By the way there are NO directions on how to put it together. Not even drawings. All you get is a video link to an odd Chinese site. And that video is in Chinese. Very poor customer service experience.
