So far so good. One complaint is that the drawers seemed to slide open and so I put a shim under the front edge, which solved the problem . A full 3/4" was needed to keep the drawers closed. You can tell as you open and shut drawers that the files are not heavy dute, high quality, but I do think they're stable and strong enough and I'm the only person using them, so I will not slam the drawers. I bought two and stacked one on top of the other and used the bolts provided to join them, so no need for a base to lift off floor. And now the top level serves as a table surface for viewing things from the file. Also, very important was that Wayfair offered delivery to any room, even upstairs, for a small fee...I think $20. Many services will not carry heavy items beyond the front door.

The file came sooner than expected but it came dented. Texting Wayfair they got back to me promptly and made it right. It was easy and painless. So glad I got it from wayfair!!!

I bought the flat file by phone. The service was excellent. I payed a flat fee for the flat file cabinet to be delivered to my studio, one flight down, in my house. When it arrived I stayed at the door to see how they would take it out of the truck. I'm happy I stood there because they saw me and took a really good care for bringing it to my studio. No scratches or dents. It's woking perfectly! I'm really happy with it. It seems stable and I have already loaded the drawers. It's the first time I bought at Wayfair and I'm really happy with the experience.

Thinner than expected but gets the job done.

Needed these for construction plans in an office. Works great. One did come dented on the top though. We hid it under another one or we would have requested a different one.

Excellent price and condition..

This takes a long time to get so when the first one arrived damaged, it took a long time to replace it. The second one was slightly imperfect and this is a fairly expensive item but since we waited so long...we lived with it.

These make blue print storage so easy. No more rolling of plans and then waiting on them to flatten out. We have not ordered multiple of these to use around our office

We already have 18 of these, but it's never enough for a growing business. We'll be buying another 18 soon!
