Wayfair has great products at great prices. Customer service has always been friendly and helpful. If ever a problem with there product they take care of it no questions asked.

It was delivered early and looks good. It is better than the tents i have had before. You do need two peoole to put it together esp when you get to the top. Wouldn't have minded if the instructions had a few more words and not all pictures.

I have not set this unit up yet but if it is like the other shelter logic portable buildings I have used in the past, I will be very satisfied.

the container box and interior box with different pieces seemed to be in terrible condition. The cardboard is rotten and tears easily. I see nothing positive. A lot of work and tape to seal it back up for shipping and then the privilege of paying for the return freight. WONDERFUL!

I’ve not had an opportunity to set it up yet, but it seems to have good material. I do like the design !

I have 2. The second was much easier to put together. I did assemble them myself using a standard folding ladder. The first took about 8 hours and the second about 5. The holes on the upper female curved pieces seemed to make slipping the smaller piece in difficult so I used a rotary file to smooth the lips of the holes so everything went together easily. I've had the first one about a year and don't see any degradation of the shell.

Great customer service and Garage tent is as advertised

It's built and I like it. However, unless you're McGiver, take the option to have it built by Handy. Also, one person can't or should I say, shouldn't try to build it alone. Wayfair was very helpful in answering my questions, but one thing I have to tell some people. If you are planning to put this on black-top (which I did) get yourself some self-tapping screws along with quarter-size washers and drill those suckers in as hard as you can. Shelterlogic does not provide those, but they should. I'm keeping an 81 Corvette Hot Rod in there for the summer to keep the sun and rain off of the car. I would not recommend using it for winter storage though. Again, it's definitely worth the money.
