This product immediately started leaking.

I received a defective item and have chips and cracks. I processed a replacement as there is no option for refund and I never received the replacement and it is so hard to track the shipment. The tracking number isn’t working. It is frustrating to wait and can’t find any help at all with the item and even customer service for this site. The worst item bought. No refund but replacement only to have another garbage. Worst product!

HANDS DOWN THE WORST PRODUCT. IT IS MADE IN CHINA AND SELLING FOR $90 HERE. THE FINISH IS ROUGH THAT IT MIGHT RUB YOUR SKIN. THE FIRST TIME IT ARRIVED, IT CAME WITH A CHIP INSIDE THE BUCKET. I HAVE TO CARRY THIS THING AND RETURN IT. THEN THE REPLACEMENT CAME AND IT LEAKED. THE BUCKET CAME WITH THE INSTRUCTION THAT IT MIGHT LEAK AT FIRST AND THEN THE LEAK WILL GO AWAY. IT DOESNT!!! IT IS NOW LEAKING MY FLOOR!!!
