Tiles felt like good quality, not hard plastic that breaks easy. They are a flexible but strong; rubber like, but still very sturdy. they turned out to be a lot smaller than I was expecting. i will need three more boxes to complete a "pad" for my hot tub. This is after I purchased two boxes. Also received the tiles quickly. This is not a negative comment on the product, it's just that I misjudged the size of the tiles.
