A lot of work to install few parts are missing Hold install and buy local few screws Still not as look as on websites

I started building this and it's missing three peaces. Trying to contact vidal...no phone number. Missing dx8, ex4, fx8. Please help wayfair or vidalxl.com. I'm sure I'll give this more than one star if I can finish building it.

Left me unimpressed. We are missing parts and it is very flimsy. What is the procedure to get missing parts to finish putting together?

Absolutely horrible product! Do not buy! When I got it I was excited for the lightweight and nice style of the product. Assembly was HORRIBLE but made it through. Once it was up I was pleased. Then after about a few weeks, it started getting really flimsy and falling a part. Any wind, not even a lot, and it was blown all over the place. The bolts are rusting and falling out and just looks like a pile of trash now. At this point I need to throw it away and wasted a lot of money!!! Do Not Buy!!! Wayfair was very helpful with helping to refund!
