The measurements are accurate. The rack is sturdy and of great quality. I was able to fit 36 pairs of shoes both men and women. I didn’t use the wheels although they are a great addition. I didn’t take into account the size of the baseboard. I used a thick glass to secure the rack in place. Overall, it was a great purchase.

It does the job for tennis shoes, if you have high tops they will only fit on the top rack.
