YITAHOME 56.2'' W 120 Gallons Water Resistant Resin Lockable Deck Box

I ordered a taupe deck box and received a grey one. Taupe was not even an option on the box I received. I followed the customer service prompts for a return or exchange and was supposed to receive text messages from customer service and have not been contacted for over a week now.

This is not a review of the item (it is a review of the awful customer service experience at Wayfair), because I (still) have never received it. I contacted Wayfair multiple times and got different answers. Ended up going to a store in-person and buying a similar item. Wayfair customer service was terrible.

Does not come with the black net that’s in the picture. I tried to reach out to customer service never got a response if I would’ve known that, it would not have purchase this one. I would’ve purchased the other one that I had in my cart For cheaper.

A little confusing to put together but it serves its purpose.

This is a great storage item to have on your back patio for the furniture cushions not to get ruined during the rainy or snowy months. Love it!

Awesome little chest. Perfect for storing those outdoor items you don't want to leave out: dog toys, lawn games, foldable chairs. Wasn't too difficult to put together and it looks great.

you can't go backwards in the directions if you miss a step. so really double check you're not getting ahead of yourself. the two ends do not go on the same way.
