I really love the quality of this! It did get a little chip in the mail, but since the shelves were packed smartly it only affects the inside of one drawer, so it's a non-issue. I wish the drawers were a little bigger/deeper but that's on me for not reading the measurements more closely. In the end I'm happy I went with this brand instead of the cheaper and larger second choice I had in mind. The drawers have smooth surfaces and glide in and out nicely thanks to the metal runners. One warning: It was very time-consuming to put together, maybe I'm just slow, but I would plan to set aside at least 2 or 3 hours for assembly. Worth it in the end though.
