There is a label on the front of each box that lets you indicate what's inside which makes for easy perusal. Although these boxes state that they're plastic, they aren't. What they really are made of is a durable cardboard with metal snaps. Although the cardboard box still works well for me, I rated the boxes a five because they aren't advertised correctly. I would have preferred plastic. I feel they might not hold up long term if they are being handled frequently, or being stored in a damp location such as a basement.
