Exactly as advertised. Sturdy, easy to put together. Rolls easy and has 2 locking wheels to keep it in place. Took about an hour to assemble. No missing pieces, all screw holes lined up perfectly. Mini tools included for assembly but I would recommend a small electric screwdriver for the 48 screws that go in the underside of the tabletop.
