There is lovely storage for my blankets and pillows, and for cats to sleep on a cushion on the top of the trunk. The storage also matches my coffee table. Unfortunately, two corners are already chipped, and the top part where it opens and closes has cracks. The wood seems to be weak and cheap. This trunk is very cute, well built and functional. We are a blanket loving family and this is perfect to store all of our blankets. I love the lid to hide them away. What an awe-inspiring piece this is the trunk is hand carved completely on the front side. The intrinsic carving done on the front is flawless and every detailing is fascinating. The colour of the trunk is done with one stroke of brush which is why it is not completely blue and makes it feel as if the white breeze of clouds is floating in the sky. It has small round legs with a flat base which balances the weight evenly and makes it stand strongly. The side iron handle on both sides provides a firm grip to help while holding the trunk. The door of the trunk opens upwards providing ample space for storage. This solid wood trunk is majestic in style and is a complete realization of art. This trunk preserves a variety of historical and contemporary influences in its carving. The uniqueness of this rustic trunk is that no two pieces are the same. Every piece is an individual piece in itself.

Brown

This storage chest with lid is an ideal storage solution for your living space.

The chest is large and will hold many things. It didn't come straight from Wayfair but a third party seller. It was missing some screws but we were still able to put it together for the most part. The holes were a bit misaligned on some pieces so it took extra work to get everything lined up but it ended up fine in the end. The gas lift mechanisms won't close so we are leaving those off. The trunk is against a wall so we aren't worried about the lids falling back. I know there are a lot of complaints in my review but once it was together, it does what it needs to do, store blankets and there is plenty of extra room for other things.. Crystal.
