For the most part I am satisfied with this product. I purchased 2 of these shelves. One came with a long crack in it. This manufacturer was great about sending me a replacement ASAP. However, even though I purchased 2 of the same item, the moulding sizes of the shelves are different...one is larger / thicker than the other. It is only noticeable if you are really staring at them as we were to make sure we hung them level, etc. I did not bother trying to get another replacement sent out to me.
