Garbage not as pictured scam regret

Gorgeous design dense wool carpet. The only issue is that it sheds/ and I am constantly "combing " it, getting lits of "hair balls"

I love it

The rug is of high quality and the pile density is fantastic. The color is very close to the image, perhaps even a tad brighter. In one area the carpet fibers are pilling and this makes the surface texture appear irregular and uneven. This issue was present immediately after unwrapping the protective packaging, suggesting the issue is a manufacturing defect. We decided to keep the product and shear the uneven pilled fibers.

I had this rug for months and although I was not initially satisfied, I love it now. The piling of the wool has decreased dramatically. It seems the color is closer to the advertised color now. I would purchase again.
