THIS RUG IS BEAUTIFUL, SOFT AND WARM. LOOKS AMAZING IN MY LIVINGROOM WITH MY DARK GREEN SOFA. THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T GIVE IT 5 STARS IS BECAUSE OF THE SHEDDING. I KNOW IT'S WOOL, BUT I'VE NEVER HAD A RUG SHED SO MUCH. STILL, I LOVE IT.. Deborah. Winston Salem, NC. Thu Jun 11 2026

I knew from the other reviews that the colors on the web site are too light, although the photo of the runner on a wood floor is the closest. LOVE the actual colors. Rug is very high quality, size exactly 8.3 x 11. Can't beat the price, will buy more. I had to return the first rug as the colors just didn't work, the return process couldn't be easier.. Valerie. I would actually give this rug a 4.5 stars, only because I think it was a little pricey for the size I purchased. However, this rug worked perfectly for what I needed. It is a little more sand than black in its coloring (I expected it to be darker) but it looks very nice in our courtyard. The rug seems sturdy, very short pile and rough texture - definitely an outdoor rug. So far I am happy with the purchase!. Denise. Chandler, AZ. Tue Oct 24 2017

In creating the Classic Collection, careful attention to each critical element of design, material, colour, and workmanship was painstakingly undertaken to meet Safavieh’s award-winning standards. Some of the finest Persian and European exemplary designs are reinterpreted in the Classic Collection. The use of 100% pure premium wool and a lustre wash gives the pile a plush, soft feel.

This rug can stand up to a couple dozen kids and moms doing homeschooling activities every week. The kids lay directly on it since it isn’t scratchy. For the first month, I vacuumed it every day. Wool sheds a lot at first. Now I vacuum it once or twice a week. I’ve also been able to brush out mud, chocolate, and other stains with no problems. Wool rugs are so stain resistant! My only complaint about the rug is that it is darker than it seemed in the product photos. I might have gone with something a touch lighter if I had known.. Joseph (jody). Cedar Park, TX. I gave these rugs a four because the actual color is really not as orange and red as the images online. That said, the rugs are very well made and absolutely gorgeous, so definitely not worth returning them! Just be careful with how youre planning to match them. Of the images online, the full size pictures seem to be the most misleading. If you look at the zoomed in images, those are more accurate in showing the green color that seems to be most prevalent.. Love spending long summer afternoons outside but hate how hot your patio floors get? This outdoor rug should help. It's made in Turkey from fade- and water-resistant fabric, so it stands up to the elements while protecting bare feet from the sun-baked stone tile. This area rug features an olive green and tan damask pattern for a cozy, classic look. The low pile height makes it wear evenly underfoot, so it stays looking great even with dogs, kids, and party guests wandering around. It also makes it easy to clean with a quick vacuum or spot clean with water.

It is muted and the pattern sheen makes its nicer but durable. My walls are yellow so it matches well but not too bright. Edges had baby hair fraying but used a lighter and has not recurred. We have any older dog so wanted something easy to clean. We did put a skid pat under because it’s on hard wood. Good value for quality. Also got the runner which is nice and long.. Colleen.
