UPDATE One year in and the faucet head no longer retracts all the way without a little help. It’s still a good faucet, just the one glitch, so I only removed one star. Love, love, love, this faucet! The hose from our previous pull-out faucet was FOREVER getting tangled up under our sink. It was so frustrating when it suddenly wouldn’t retract and one of use had to get under the sink and untangle it. We haven’t had a single problem since my husband installed this one.
